Support / Page creation performance

Have you experienced any page creation issues with this modification installed? I am currently experiencing extreme delays with this modification with regards to page creations upwards of 10 seconds. If not, I will try to isolate further.

I know this is an SMF addon, but I am wondering if you ever considered a Mediawiki extension to integrate Ad Seller Pro for it?
If not, that is fine, but I just have not figured out how to do it yet.

Support / Feature Request (Member Groups Permissions)

As far as I can tell, currently, the member group permissions (who can see the ads) is based upon standard member groups and custom ones.
Can this be changed to include post based groups?
I would like to have my Premium Members, regardless of post count, not see the ads, but also very active members, based upon post count, also not to see the ads, and I currently cannot determine a way to do this.

Support / Unable to find package file!

Attempting to go from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3.1 and I get this error:
Unable to find package file!

I tried uninstalling 1.0.2 and installing clean 1.0.3.1 but no go. Same thing trying to upgrade from 1.0.2.
Any thoughts?

Support / Invalid image tracking URL using &

The image tracking URL is not valid XHTML and "&id" is assumed to be an entity and also it is used in XHTML (such as a div id). This is causing me many issues. May I suggest escaping all instances of '&' into '&' to be inline with XHTML standards?
This will fix W3 validation errors (both my main web site and SMF forums), could fix the template errors, and maybe more.

This happens when I click the impressions link (with only click tracking checked):

This is rolling errors that I am getting showing up. Two pages worth (30 errors) in 8 minutes, a set of three (for ID 3, 4, 5 for the three ads on each SSI main domain page) for each page access:

Support / Hit counter reset? (Impressions)

Any way to reset the hit counter without deleting the ad and redoing it?
In "Manage settings", if I uncheck "Log every click", then save settings, then recheck and save again, do all ads start from zero again? (Which I would imagine is a bad thing due to purchased ad tracking or whatever).
I wish to test a theory I have with "javascript enabled" google ads and a normal banner ad image that I make up and enable click tracking... but I need both of them to start from zero several times.
If no hit counter reset is available, no big deal about deleting the ad, I guess.

BV EDIT: actually, I am looking to reset the impressions, not the clicks... (I have not made a banner to check out the click feature yet...)

Support / WAP vs WAP2 vs IMODE

The ad locations have a selection for WAP and IMODE, but the default SMF 2.0 RC2 does not make it clear that WAP or IMODE exists... meaning, at the bottom of the forums, only "WAP2" and RSS is listed.
Can a WAP2 ad location be included?
Am I missing something obvious?

These errors number in the hundreds (not just a today issue)

I updated to 1.0.1 earlier today to be greeted with this error in the logs:

As such, I rolled back to 1.0.0 and wait for a response (since both versions had errors, better to use one that I know is "working" as far as I can tell).

Support / Logging Impressions, but with a white dot on black web sites.

Logging of impressions is working fine. I implemented Ad Seller Pro on not only my forums (using the default theme) but my main web site as well.
However, if "Advertise here" is hidden (and maybe with it not hidden), a one pixel dot image is generated. This is fine on the forums as the background is white, however, my main web site is black and it looks like I have a misplaced "period" in 3 locations (each chunk of ad space).

Can this image be made transparent instead of white to blend with any color web site?

Support / WAP2 and Google Mobile Ads

I would like to use Ad Seller Pro for the SMF default WAP2 content...however, Google Ads only offers up a server side solution (PHP, ASP, Perl, etc...) for mobile content rather then a text based or HTML based ad content option.
With the HTML option in the WAP2 location space, does the PHP code work?

Ad Management never had the WAP2 option, so that's another mark in the plus side of Ad Seller Pro... if PHP code is an option (only for "admin" or default ad space due to security issues and not have the option of PHP or server side code for purchased space, obviously).

If I place ads, say at the top and bottom of the forums, using "default" ad code, then people purchase ad space, does this purchased space rotate 50% with my already included default code or does the purchased banner run 100% of the time until impressions or time runs out?
If three people purchase ad space in the same location, does the modification rotate between all 4 per page view?

Basically, I am asking how the ads purchased in the same ad space rotate around and if purchased ad space has priority over any type of "default" managed ads in that location.

Support / SSI Implementation

I understand that I can copy the "code" in the location to place it whereever in the forums, but I wish to include the ad space on my main site, of which, is in a different directory and sub domain. Could you give an example of said SSI implementation?

My current SSI code is the following (slightly edited for content):

The previous is so a single group members do not see the ads, but all others do. With Ad Seller Pro, I can see that what I wish to do may be able to be done with one shot and configuration area... but cannot make it work (after creating a new ad location, unchecking all forum areas, etc).
