Support / Enabling ad locations does nothing

when i enable my ad locations and then go to manage ads and input my custom code for the banner i wish to display i see nothing in the places it should be at...

Do i have to click [get code] and then insert the code into my index.template.php manually?

Or does the code automatically get written into my index.template.php when i choose to enable the location?

I have tried close to everything i could think of and i cannot get anything to appear at all.

Support / How to unhide transactions

i need to unhide some transactions that were made on my site so that i may see some of the added field content that the user entered when making a purchase. how would i go about unhiding transactions these custom fields do not appear when i download the transactions and i cant find them by using the search functions niether.

im getting this error

i tried adding a new membergroup called infected member. the only way to get this membergroup was to go to the store for regular members and get the free product that i made in it, this free product was suppose to bump the member up to the new membergroup that i made.

Basically im giving away a free product as a promotion and i wanna keep track of the people that have used it. so i made a membergroup for those people and made a product for them to use to get that membergroup.

here is the lines the error is talking about:

is there anyway to autogenerate a coupon for certain items in the store for my newly regsitered members and send it to them in a pm or email automatically? and if not is there anyway it could be made and i could pay for the update to be built with this added to it?

is there anyway to add a drop down menu with more options for a certain product?

for example im selling a modified controller but i want to offer the option to upgrade to led thumbsticks, rapidfire, and any other options. is this possible or would we need a feature request for this to be added?

Support / Users feel ripped off

some of my users have been buying the credits to post. after that there are a bunch of people going through and clicking buy noiw and making it go all the way to the paypal checkout but then backing out of the payment. Is there anyway to stop this from happening and if it does happen like make it auto issue the seller a new credit to repost. or make it so that the site can tell if the payment was cleared and if not allow the seller to click renew post?

Anything that could help my users on this would be great

Support / users cant post to classifieds

i have my classified set as follows:

classifieds

sub category: misc. stuff permissions are set for each membergroup to have viewing permissions only

sub category of misc stuff: $1 - $50 stuff permissions are set to have full access

but the users cant post anything in the $1 - $50 stuff category

any help is appreciated

Support / help im losing sales due to people having access to things they shouldnt

is there some setting that im overlooking here? i made a category that was only available for a certain membergroup its called the vip store where all of my vip members get discounts. But today someone was telling me that they just had a vip member send them the direct link to that section of the store and then they had access to purchase the stuff int he vip store when they arent vip's

i had a friend help test all this out and it is happening and id love to know if there is anyway that we could stop this from happening? Is there a setting to help prevent this or will we need to wait for the next update?
