I'm sorry to hear that Hambil.Myself and the staff at smfarcade do appricaete the effort you've made with the hacks you've created for the arcade.I hope this won't stop you from continuing with them.
We'll, I've cooled down a little I was never mad at you guy, you've been great. I still like SMF and continue to work on new mods for it. I just need to sort out my issues with the SMF team.

I should also mention that the first few modifications that I wrote where for SMF Arcade. (I will post them here after I finish typing this). SMF.org rejected them, saying they don't want mods of mods.
Geesh.

The staff there is screwed up (no offense Danial). They act like children on a power trip. It seems they've forgotten what open source means, and what an open community is. First, they take forever to even get a mod approved (here they are available instantly after I post them). Second, I posted a like to my site, from which I support my work. I work on SMF mods and vBulletin hacks, and the site happens to be in vBulletin. I do have another SMF site - just not that one. The long of short of it is they REMOVED the post about my SMF MOD SUPPORT site because it wasn't an SMF board. Talk about pig headed and short sited. I'm angry (as you can see). I disabled my mod over there, and will have to think long and hard about having anything to do with them again. They certainly don't deserve my time and skills they way they are acting lately. I will remain active here, and leave my mod active here at least for now. Thanks for listening to my rant. I'm sure it would have only gotten deleted at SMF.org, so I didn't even bother there. My calm and inquisitive PM to the staff member who removed my topic has of course gone unanswered. I'll probably get yelled at for having the temerity to PM staff.

What if I create a server, and give the user the option to send and receive info from the server automatically. Then, when someone 'fixes' a mod for a theme it automatically updates a database on the server. And when someone installs a hack, if it can find a solution in the server database for that theme it uses it instead of asking them to fix it.
This way, the Enhanced Package Manager will grow in power as people use it.

Works just like the img button, except it allows you to choose from a drop down of pics in your gallery.
Also, a check box to automatically add a pic you post to your gallery.

I was working on an enhanced package manager, but I've stopped until they get their act together at SMF. However, I might start again and post it here.
The idea is, it will attempt to apply the mod to every theme, and give you test results with success failure broken down by theme. You can them check the themes you wish to apply the mod too.
For a failure result, you can also click on 'fix' and it will bring up a view of the file, and what is being searched for within the file. You can then manually highlight the code you wish to use in place of what is being searched for, and click 'submit'.
The mod remembers your choice for uninstall.

Nice mod!! but how do i make it to work with a custom theme?
Also i found that when i type a taken name of course it shows "name taken" ....but when i delete and type new name,it doesnt change to "name available" at all. I have to refresh the page to start over.
Bug maybe? i didnt get any errors 'tho.
I noticed that myself recently on the latest version of IE. I'm looking into it. As for custom theme, you'll have to look at the xml file to manually apply the template edits. However, keep in mind there can only be one registration theme, since the user isn't registered yet they can only see the default theme no matter how many themes you have. So there is no reason to apply this mod to more than the default theme.
