OK, I'm just configuring the Gallery, I'll ask the site owner Craig to check out the add-on.

I'm not able to find the topic. I get this message: The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.

Feature Requests / Re: Size of Image inserted into Forum Topic« on: March 07, 2017, 03:27:23 pm »Will add an option for medium sized image. We are now using SMF Gallery Pro, there are a large umber of users who would like to post a image directly from inside a topic. I've turned off the attachment capability which forces use of the Gallery, but for a photographic forum, it does require extra steps as opposed to uploading from within a topic. I did not mention this because I assumed that putting a upload to gallery capability inside a post might not be possible, but the large number of complaints has caused me to ask if it can be done. 4

Thanks, I think that will be fantastic! Making them clickable to full size would be nice, but the forum link works.

Feature Requests / Size of Image inserted into Forum Topic« on: February 18, 2017, 03:26:03 pm »
Now that I can insert images into a pre-determined topic ID, I'd like to be able to preset the image size to medium. Right now, I get either a thumbnail or full size. Users complain about the thumbnail and using a link to gallery, and a full size image gets too big. I like to have large images available rather than restricting the upload size.
Can a insert medium sized image into a forum topic be added to the category management? I can control the size of medium images to fit a topic page size. Here is a example of the full sized issue (scroll down) http://www.canonrumors.com/forum/index.php?topic=31962.0 I am not a programmer, and do not even have access to the forum servers if I were, I just administer the SMF gallery settings for Craig evaluating making it a permanent part of the website workflow by requiring images to be inserted in the gallery rather than by upload into SMF where users cannot manage them. 6
Feature Requests / Re: Create One New Forum Topic with Batch Upload« on: February 15, 2017, 09:20:08 pm »
The batch upload is for users. I can set a specific topic ID on the admin side, that would require a really well organized set of options, I discovered that and tested it after writing the request.
I do not want to give users admin rights, we have had up to ~10,000 users online at one time, so it would be a mess to have them all creating categories. User categories are also turned off for now, until I figure out how they would play into the scheme of things. I'm going to try and set up some fixed topics and see what users think. For example, under Animal Kingdom we might have birds, dogs, cats, or maybe jungle creatures, desert creatures, domestic, flying, marine, and so on. I'm reluctant to set a deep hierachy. I also have no idea what will happen if a very large number of images are added. We only have about 4000 right now using the SMF uploader. Feature Requests / Create One New Forum Topic with Batch Upload« on: February 15, 2017, 07:06:39 pm »
I'm configuring SMF Gallery Pro for the Forum Owner, and while we would like to create forum topics for image uploads, a batch upload creates a topic for each image. I was planning to place a large number of images in the gallery, several hundred, but thankfully, I tried just a few at first and saw a host of new topics were created.
Is there a way to create just one forum topic for all the images in a batch upload? I know I can turn the feature off, but, being a photography forum, a new topic per upload is best, rather than a topic per image. I'm suspecting that this is not simple, but I thought I'd ask.
