Modifications Talk / Pretty URLs issue

Hi there,
thanks for the awesome mod http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=636
I am using it in smf 2.0.15 and i am facing a small issue
When i use brackets in Topic's Subject. it is also appearing in URL
for example when i entered : [BUY] New Stuff
the url of the topic becomes = domain.com/category/[BUY]-New-Stuff
can you please help me fix it.
