The pm is controlled by the "Delete listings if they expire" setting if that is not enabled they will not get a pm and the system only checks when they visit the classifieds area so that is when the pm is sent.

Maybe I'm missing something but I remember the previous versions of the classifieds sent a notification letting you know that an auction you listed has expired, is that no longer the case and if so that feature should be added back into the system. Thanks in advance for any insight.....

That feature is still in the works and has not been tested yet.

I've checked and double checked even had someone else check the settings for the subscription button and it keeps going to a merchant not found page. It also seems to appear and disappear at times. Pls. advise.

Hello again, I had a question as to how to display multiple currencies when checking out of the store? Is there a plug-in like a drop down boxmenu or something that can be added? The info on paypals site is kind of confusing (at least to me it is).... Thanks in advance....

I've "seen" talk of a Downloads Pro Mod. If this is so when are you expecting to release it or is it even still on your "to do" list. The reason I'm asking because it would be REALLY REALLY nice is a member could hear a sample of or maybe even view a short video clip before actually downloading a file and find out that it wasn't for them.... They will save themselves time and WE as site owners would save on bandwidth. A definite win, win. Also one last thing, I'd like to see a setting making it mandatory for the person down loading something to at least have to give it a rating. This would help tremendously in my particular field but I think anyone using the download system can see the value in that feature being mandatory. Thanks in advance and hope to get some feed back on that in the near future.

How would I go about upgrading my Classifieds version on a custom theme? Can I just upload the new release via the FTP and if so where should it be directed, the packages or classifieds folder? Does the old version need to be uninstalled? Does anything need "manual" tweaking or will it install completely by itself? Sorry for the question, after searching around for this topic I'm still unsure. Thanks in advance.

This is a question I've been kicking around for a few days so maybe someone here has tried this or may have a suggestion or two: I promote parties/events and was trying to think of a way to provide tickets online as a digital download of sorts via the store. As with most of my events I offer discounts for tickets bought in advance and thought this would be an awesome way to not only provide a presale discount but it will also increase traffic/membership to my site... plus I could save on printing cost  .... so if anyone has a suggestion or two as to how to go about this I'd appreciate it. path error. Is controlled by the path settings in the store and classifieds.
Go to Admin -> Server Settings
Find the Sources Path.
Make that your classifieds path just remove Sources and make it have store or classifieds depending on the modification.
O.k, I think I'm having another issue. For some reason or another when trying to upload pics in both the store and classifieds again the images are not showing but only this time there are no errors being shown anywhere but the image won't show or load.

I understand that but I'm still getting a writeable path error for both the store and classifieds. I've changed host and my forum is now in a folder, so I need the correct url path to place in the admin area. below is my forum path "dangerousmindz.com/forum" Pls. advise soonest as this is delaying my project. thanxs!

I have a quick question, I just purchased the store a few days ago and have everything set up but today when I go into my admin panel it's saying that my version is out of date...the version that I'm running is currently 1.3 but it's saying I need to upgrade to 1.2.5 so when I go to check the update it's saying that it's 1.2.5.1.... Please advise soonest. Thanx!
