I have had gallery pro for so long I forgot that several years ago I rented a coder and he installed it on my old gallery for 1.1. I hope you get it sorted out on a upcoming version.

I have had gallery pro for years now and when I was running smf1.1 I was able to have post count based permissions for categories. Now that I have upgrade my forum to 2.0RC3 with the latest gallery pro I don't have the option to set permissions for post count base permissions in categories. Is their a fix for this?

I already purchase before gallery pro but since I upgraded my forum to 2.0RC3 I had to purchase the newest version. What I'm wondering is it possible to manually install SMF Gallery Pro - Video AddOn 1.0.6 which I already purchased?

The Credit Packages needs a couple of things. First would be a move up or down arrow for the packages and the next would be a edit button for the. Currently when you want to make a change you have to delete things and start over again. Should be just like gallery pro and classifieds pro in making edits and moves easy.

I'm looking for in how to get "post count group" support back up on my site for gallerry pro categoreys.
I had this running for years but when my forum took a big crash a few months ago I had to do a fresh install of SMF and mods and install my backup database. That was the easy part.
The problem currently is now I can't set any part of the gallery to a "post count group" and it wants to run home to mommy in guest or regular members.
Anyone have the coding to change Gallery Pro to have post count membership?

Very nice and a much needed addon for smf. TP does this well but you can't put thing in order like you can with your mod. Do you plan on adding the "import" option so we can add bulk downloads via ftp?

There is the mod/hack talk for free mods.
My time is limited I work all day and have maybe one to two hours after work to respond to any issues. I could use some help from other people responding to these topics.
Maybe one day I have trouble tickets for people to purchase for free mods to get a response back.
I understand were you are coming from but many will not. The thing is the mod/hack talk for free doesn't really address the peoples problems with things you are selling like gallery and classifieds. If you give these people a place to share all the problems and the answers it will not only make them feel more comfortable but will make your life much easier. All of your members and lurkers read all of this so why not give all of them a place to share information and take some weight off of your shoulders.

I have followed this forum for years now and seen many frustrated people such as myself blown off (no response) from the owner of this site with problems with things that are paid for such as Galley, Classifieds and the free Mods that come from here.
If I ran my companies in this fashion I would be broke so I don't but this is the net and you get what you get.
I think many people coming here are respectfull of this forum and things it has to give so they stay quiet and wait for a fix on something they paid for and that is wrong. Their should really be a place for members of this forum to share information be it good or not but at least everyone would have a place to share without the admin of this site thinking everyone is picking on him.

O'k I spent an hour testing things. I installed a brand new forum 1.1.4 and installed gallery 1.1.2 and watermark worked. I uninstalled 1.1.2 and installed the latest version of gallery and now like my main site the watermark doesn't work.
Anyone been able to fix this problem?

I lost my watermark also after ugrading to the latest version. No errors showing.
I removed the newest version and went all the way back to version 1.1.3 the original and still no watermark.

I did a search and don't see were anyone has asked for this feature. Because of some r-rated content on my site I had to set permissions on the categories and it works great.
Problem is most recent and most viewed pictures has no permissions settings and draws off of all the categories which defeats the purpose of having permissions on the categories. For now I just had to turn off most recent and viewed until a fix for this is made.

Currently that can not be done but in future I could offer an admin option to change the category.
This is kind of an important function since I run a multi-cultural site and so many get confused with english. I will donate $20 to your paypal to get this fix done. Thanks...

I have someone that posted an ad in the wrong category and can't find any setting to move it to another category. Am I missing something or can it just not be done yet?

For now it is working with changing "completed" to "SOLD" in the language file. At least that give open, closed and SOLD.

I have been looking at what you say UN-APPLY and I'm going back to the coppermine integration that is working good and has much more flexibility with style. I like Gallery Pro but it is limited just as is Classifieds and Store that I have purchased for my other sites.
What you buy here is great but when you start learning more paying yearly fees to get upgrades will get old and you will move on if you are even a idiot code webmaster like me. LOL
If you have a good hosting account or two like I do purchase the Gallery, Classifieds and Store and learn and then make your decision on what you want to use.
