General SMF Forum / Mod Won't Uninstall

Sorry if this is the incorrect place to post but I'm desperately searching for a solution. I've asked a few times on the official site but got no replies.
I have an old version of 'Topic Summary' installed (Version 1.01). It will not uninstall. It says that it cannot locate the files, and there's obviously none in my directory, although the mod is in working order.
Clearly, I'd like to remove this or at least be able to upgrade it to 2.0, which it won't let me do since it's already 'installed'.
I know I had 1.01 files on a previous computer but it's now out of commission, otherwise I'd try to re-upload the old files to see if it would uninstall.
Any ideas? You'd really help me out immensely
