yeah that's what i wanna know how you do those themes? i wanna learn too, though my partner has already made a theme for our forum, which soon we goona submit it to TP, smf aswell as in smfhacks. but i wanna learn to make more themes, so that we can submit more themes for all smf/TP sites.

Its a matter of just playing with the code and learning as you go. Need a good graphic program and a php editor, well that is what I use anyway.

I would love to see your theme once your done.

could you get the screenshot of your themes? as i am not able to view those themes, due to my net problem

If you want to view theme and see how they look, you can do so on my site, they are all in the theme selector. As with all my themes, if there is a mod from this site that you need help modifying I am always happy to help.

I don't see how this can be used for spam, anyone can send email using any domain name. The contact mod, sends email to the admin or whomever you have listed as the contact, so how is that possible?

Look in your style.css for the part that says /* The main body of the entire forum. */

there you will see:

padding: 12px 30px 4px 30px;

adjust that until you get the look you want.

then I would go to my new db that I created, the hit sql, browse for the file I saved and upload that way.

Hit SQl, then it should open a box, (if not, then you need to hit import) then copy the contents of the files you saved in the box and click go.

Keep in mind that if anything has changed, like your url, or the database name that has to be changed before you add the contents.

It is hard to say unless I could see your cpanel or a screen shot of it.

The way I move a database is different than the way I back it up, to get into that the post would turn into a tutorial.

I go to my phpadmin, click on the database I want to backup, then click on SQL, then select all, then click go.

Once it brings up the database, I copy it all into wordpad and save as a sql file, then you can insert the database almost the same way into a new database that you create.

but to just download a copy of the database from the cpanel and save it to your desktop, is one of the easiest way I find to keep it in case I have to insert a copy to my site.

If you do one from your cpanel, a database backup, not a site backup, that is just the forum database.

What are you needing to do?

You backup your database in your cpanel for your site, you will see the database link for the backup when you click on backup, depending on your cpanel.

What do you see when you click on backups?
