Presales for Products / German translation

Hello,
I just found your site.
I installed SMF forum on my page and now I look for some mods.
The main thing I care about is to allow users to login with their facebook and twitter accounts.
As I understood it your plugin can provide this functionality.
1.) Is there a German version available?
If not, how difficult is it do the translation? Simple file, db content, etc?
As long as it is not too difficult I can do the translation myself and then of course send it to you.
2.) Do you have a plugin to make SMF more social?
I would like to have for example new forum posts added to my facebook fanpage and twitter.
It is important this does not slow down the site.
I have a very powerful dedicated server with great connectivity, so my hardware is not an issue.
3.) Are you available for paid customization?
I have a programmer, but I guess you know SMF perfectly, so it would be great if you could help me to
integrate your plugins, minor tweaks if necessary and maybe some advice.
Also some of the official mods at smf sound interesting, so you could help me to install them.
As I wrote this is about paid support, so I am more than willing to pay a reasonable rate per hour, if
you can help to get everything working asap.
If you are not available for paid customization, it would be great if you could recommend me somebody you have worked
with and who knows everything about SMF and your specific mods.
