are payments sent automaticly or on a honor system?

If honor system, is it possible to have users like purchase forum credits then spend them on the auction? Then once bought, forum owner auto-pays?

I want a comission based eStore where people can sell there product's  through the eStore.

#1 Can the SMF Store allows other user to add items to the store?
#2 Can the SMF Store allow the site owner to take a % of every sale IF the product isn't mine?

#3 Can the SMF Store delete an item from the store after being purchased (item quantity feature)? Full-Rights.


if no #2, and #1 being possible, can I charge people to post there product or give them membership to being able to post eProducts?
