Support / Uninstalling RSS Feed Icon 1.1 -- unistall doesn't remove RSS icon

Hi,
I wanted to uninstall RSS Feed Icon 1.1 from my 2.0 RC4 forum for violin players, but the uninstall does not remove the icons. And additionally, on a lot of browsers the RSS icons are showing up as question marks or just as text rss.
I'd like to truly uninstall this mod. Could you help me with this?

Also just bought the social network login, looks really exciting! Thanks for developing this.
