More options for the max number of allowed uploads would be a nice improvement.

I'm thinking more precisely of two kind of options :

1. Number max of uploaded pictures by a certain period of time (eg. : N pictures per Year, Month, Week, Day, Hour).
2. Number max of uploaded pictures depending on membersgroup

And the top of the top would be to have both of those two options mixed together, like that for instance :
Group 1 : N1 pictures max per Y/M/W/D/H
Group 2 : N2 pictures max per Y/M/W/D/H
Group 3 : N3 pictures max per Y/M/W/D/H
...

I have the same problem than Jonas (and the same configuration : I don't use Users galleries)

If I move a picture (by editing it and changed category) from a category to another, the posts aren't updated at all.

If I unaprove first the picture, then move it to a new category, then re-approve it, then it's posted correctly in the new thread BUT the previous post (in the former category) is not deleted.

When you look at a unapproved picture (in the Gallery admin panel, after clicking on the thumbnail) there is at the bottom of the picture some links : "[Unapprove][Edit][Delete][Report picture]".

Because this is the stage of looking unapproved pictures, the first link should inevitably be [Approve]...and swap to [unapprove] as soon as the moderator hit the [approve] link.

I'm running a photo forum were users post pictures that have to be curated before being visible in galeries.
So far the process I'm using is the following :

1. User post pictures in an predefined category (I'm not using users gallery),
2. Those picture have to be approved before being visible,
3. The curators check pictures and decide to approuve it or not.
4. If it's approved...well, it's approved and the picture is now visible in the gallery
5. If it's not approved then the picture is moved to a special category (I do that in order to keep track of the already posted pictures).

What could improve the curation process would be the following suggestions :

1. Split the permissions for Admin Gallery : for the moment, when I give Admin Gallery rights to my curators, they can also edit and delete categories, which is not the best. It could be better to have separate 'edit', 'add', 'delete' categories on one side and 'delete comment', 'delete picture and 'approve' pictures on the other side.

2. Add an option to forget (or hide) some unapproved pictures in order to not have an infinite queue of unapproved picture in the 'Approve image' section, after a while. The idea is to show only the pending pictures and not the already checked ones, once the curator has evaluated them.
