The key saves in the key window now but it still shows the Powered by EzPortal.

I used the last key you gave me.

That messed the portal up really badly.  HELP

Just ordered the Gallery Pro copyright removal and that is not working.

It saves the key on the settings page but does not remove the "Powered by SMF Gallery Pro".

BTW, it is slightly different with the EzPortal settings page. On that copyright removal page it  does not save the key in the key window. When I hit save on the EzPortal admin settings page it takes me back to the top level Admin Page.

Good news.

I reinserted the SMF Gallery Pro key and it now works.

The EzPortal is still not working.

2 out of 3 are working now.

Yesterday I purchased two copyright removal keys here on SMFHacks. One was for the Ad Management Mod. That key worked.

The other copyright removal key that I purchased was for EzPortal. It did not work.

Since I purchased both keys on SMFHacks I thought maybe my posting it on EzPortal might not be the proper place to now ask for support. Maybe the right place to ask for support is where they were purchased, here on SMFHacks.

BTW I am interested in the SMF Gallery Pro copyright removal key as well. I will add that one now. Hopefully it works.     

I got the new 6.5.3 installed just now. Working good so far. If I see anything I will let you know.

Just wanted to say how great it was to see how quickly you released a fix the other day. 9 minutes after I posted this thread you had a new version posted for me to use. That is support!!

At the time I wasn't ready to install it. I needed to do it properly and do a backup of my DB which is common practice as we all know. Today I had some available time to do the backup and install. As I said it appears to be working. Thank you.

I will say this, I am glad to be using your products. With quick attention to your products like this I know I will be doing some more upgrading to other pro versions of SMFHacks products. If you have looked at my forum you will see it uses SMFHacks products pretty exclusively now.

I see this error in my error logs 3 or 4 times a day. It is caused by guests and spiders.

I did a bit of looking around and don't see anything here on this error so I thought I might ask. It has been going on since I installed the Pro Gallery. I did convert from the Lite Gallery if that has any bearing on the issue.

I have noted that when I click on a picture to view with Gallery Pro the URL reads...

index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=408

On my test forum with Gallery Lite the URL is...

index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;pic=1

Difference being pic=xxx versus id=XXX

The URLs that seem to log errors are all pic=XXX like the error above in the quote box which was http://xxx.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;pic=75

I thought since maybe spiders were causing these errors that maybe my old site map was to blame since I had not updated it since the upgrade to Pro. I did a new site map about two weeks ago and still see these errors at the same low rate. The new site map should have taken out all references to URLs from the Gallery Lite which used view;pic=xxx.

Any help is appreciated. Everything else is fine. The Pro version I am using is Version: 6.5.1. BTW, I had these errors with the previous version before 6.5.1. I am also aware that you have 6.5.2 available but I thought I would solve this before updating again.

Otherwise, this is a great product!!

Success! I added it to the utf8 file first and the errors are stopped now. I will do the same on the other file.
