OK. Understandable. Is it possible to move this license to another website of mine then? The site I purchased it for apparently needs more than this software can handle. I'd like to remove the software from the original site and put it onto another permanently. How would I go about that with the license?

My boss just isn't happy with this. There's no way to combine shipping, so our customers are being charged shipping for every single item. $20 shipping on a few stickers/logos/decals just isn't sitting right with our folks who are buying multiple items. We've tried a few combos of things, but there's just no way to combine shipping on multiple items and have it come out fair and correct.
Is there any way to get this software refunded? 4

They will not be charged for these? At some time, since they're in "Pending" mode, they won't try to charge her card again? I only ask because I have 3 "Pending" orders for her...they all say pending, but 1 actually went through and charged her. I'd like to remove the others so that doesn't happen again

I had a few people order items but never finish checkout. Now I have 3 items "Pending" in my store logs. Is there a way to clear these without finalizing and charging my member? Just remove those sales from the store?

So, if I base my shipping on weight, put a shipping cost on each item and then a weight, the shipping will take that base shipping cost and go up from there with multiple items?

We're selling our shirts with a shipping cost of 5.95. We'd like to have it set where if they purchase 3 or more, it's a flat shipping of 10.95. I'm not sure I'm understanding how the Shipping Conditions section works. Is there a way to do this in here?
