Support / Refund on SMF Store?

My boss just isn't happy with this. There's no way to combine shipping, so our customers are being charged shipping for every single item. $20 shipping on a few stickers/logos/decals just isn't sitting right with our folks who are buying multiple items. We've tried a few combos of things, but there's just no way to combine shipping on multiple items and have it come out fair and correct.
Is there any way to get this software refunded?
