I would like to add a New Option to the Menu But It's no longer in subs.php or I may have missed it lol

I've been going through my mods updating them But Have problems with the Downloads I think I can just install but wanted to check as have hundreds of downloads.

I'm sure it will be popular as save people having to remember where there mods are I.E. URL I Can never remember. Why not post it on SMF As they are the ones who will benefit from it

Can I ask for a extra feature Although I haven't been able to fully use it, It looks like it will auto update any mode which is good in a number of Circumstances.
But I have a number of modes that I edit before adding the latest version so could it if possible have a option for a mod to be able to set to update from a file on my computer Via Select File?

I remember How I did it
Downloads2.template.php
Find
<tr class="windowbg3">
Replace with
<tr class="children windowbg">
This is the same class as the boards sub-categories use
