Hmm. It seems the SMF files were reuploaded which wiped out the mod.
For the configuration url. I again need to Sources/Subs.php file to be attached.

I am interested to know what part of the gallery was extremely difficult to use.
For the error. It seems for the above a line of code was deleted or removed. I can apply the patch to the file if you attach your file from your forum found under Sources/Subs.php
Or you can find this code in Sources/Subs.php
$context['allow_calendar'] = allowedTo('calendar_view') && !empty($modSettings['cal_enabled']);
And make sure that this code is after that line
$context['allow_smfgallery_view'] = allowedTo('smfgallery_view');

Currently the pro edition would have the same problem. Because when a user deletes account it does not delete their imagesy. Basicly the user becomes a guest and guests are not supported to upload images.

Hard to say do you have a link that I can see the page. Firefox has a javascript debugger that shows more information than internet explorer.

1. I have a mod in the Pro forums that adds a link in their profile and under their posts to their user gallery.
2. Mutiple categories little tricky basicly would need to the copy the picture information to each category.
3. Post count increase. Will need to check if that is possible for comments and adding pictures and that SMF will not reset the count if I change it.
4. Quota manager is by each user has that quota in the member group. So if regular memebers have a quota of 10mb then every regular user will have a 10mb quota.
5. Might be able to do the personal gallerly quota.
