OK changing permissions is getting outside my small realm of expertise.

Apart from a continuous unknown index colour error coming up this is what I could find that applies to NewsLetter Pro:

http://www.gollies.net.au/index.php?action=packages;sa=install2;package=NewsLetter_Pro2.0.5.zip

Just English.

Sorry I made a mistake on that URL. It just takes me to my Forum Home Page not to the Newspro settings page, which I suppose it's supposed to.

...and yes I can access that URL

Same problem I started with.

The install said it was successful and no errors, it applied OK but it is not appearing in Admin though the Package Manager and Installed Packages shows the Newsletter Pro 2.0.5 Mod is there and installed.

No there isn't so I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

I followed the instructions and uninstalled the old version of Newsletter Pro and seemed to install version 2.0.5 successfully. No errors or anything else happened but Newsletter Pro does not appear in the left hand Main Admin Panel as it did previously, so I have no way of accessing it.

In the Browse Packages list Newsletter Pro 2.0.5 is there as the Current Version.

So where do I now access Newsletter Pro?

Just for info in case it happens to anyone else.

The Newsletter Pro installed tiny_mce with nothing in it and without me having any write permissions, but when I opened the newsletter_pro.zip the folder was named tinymce without the underscore '_'.

As I did not have any permissions to upload to the installed tiny_mce folder of my forum the way I got round it was to rename it to tinymce and then create a new folder named tiny_mce (i.e. with the underscore '_'). I could then upload the files from the unpacked zip to the tiny_mce folder on the forum and everything is working.

Don't know why this happened as I've no problems with packages or permission before including Gallery. I also found it strange that even though I didn't have any permissions to write files to the original tiny_mce folder on the forum, I was still able to rename the folder.

Support / Same Image in Multiple Categories
« on: January 16, 2009, 01:52:37 am »
I did a search but couldn't find any specific to this though I'm sure it's been raised before.

Is it possible to have the same images appear in more than one category without having to separately upload it for each category?

Yes I just updated to 1.4.5 but there has always been this blue colour disparity. But I notice in your screen caps for this site the colours do match the default SMF blue.

Anyway I will try what you suggested.

Hi,

I've asked this before a long time ago and your replied it had to do with CSS.

The Gallery colour scheme is a much lighter blue than the default SMF blue. Is it possible please to get where and how I must alter the code for the Gallery CSS to get it to match the default SMF scheme?

Thanks. This is not important nor a high priority.

Thought as much. Is there anyway of seeing if 1.3.23 is installed. Is there an item somewhere that is different between the two versions?

I had SMF Gallery Upgrade 1.3.15 only and just uploaded 1.3.23 but it is coming up as the older version whilst 1.3.15 is being flagged as the current version. I checked the Installed Packages tab and 1.2.23 is not there at all but 1.3.15 is.
