I am getting notifications that people are purchasing member groups from PayPal but when I look on my site's list of transactions, they aren't showing up! People aren't being switched over to the membergroup they paid for! Yikes!
I have NO idea how to fix this. Can someone please help?

Tell that to the people who view my forum through their iPad or Android devices. :-(

All of my customizations and "hacks" keep me there. I have had my forum for years and years. . . I don't even remember all the things I have done to it in that time. To start over scares the poop out of me. I guess one day I'll have too though. :-(

That fixed it! Thank You!
Oh you can see there the videos I use to demonstrate my products. I HATE having to use Flash. It would be much cooler if I could use html5 video or even let that product description page be HTML.

Is this product for sale yet? Do you need people to help you test it?

When you click on each product you get it's description and just above the "add to cart" you see the list of prices next to each membergroup which are crossed out.
Very confusing to the customer. They wonder why on earth there is a link to join a member group that is showing the product as MORE expensive than the price their current group allows them.
I'd love it to only show membergroups that are better options for the customer. Not downgrades.

For each product, I manually enter in the price for each member group and provide the link to the customer if they wish to buy into that membership level. Takes quite a while when I have a new member group coming in. Would be much nicer if there were a way to automate the process. For example. . . have "member group X" be 50% off of all products in the store.

http://setuptab.com/index.php?action=store;cat=6When people click on the store link they are taken to the category overview that describes the categories. http://setuptab.com/index.php?action=storeThey can then click on what they are interested in and eventually it shows a list of products that fall into that category with the product's picture above it and price. It's THERE that the prices confuse my customers. :-(

Never mind. I changed it so that guests can see the store. I'm scared of what will happen when they try and purchase a digital product. . . but for now this is cool.

In my dummy account I can see it. Just a basic membership level that people can buy. Have you created a user on my forum? I could give you membership so you can see for yourself.

Your Version: 2.0.4 Latest Version: 2.0.4
Yup.
All the prices in the attached image should be $0. Preferably it should say "Free" to make the process more intuitive but I'd settle for $0.

I have a product on my store that I have had there for quite a while that now appears to show a bunch of html code above my forum when viewed. It is one of my more popular products so this is rather concerning. :-( I can't see anything strange that I have done bbcode wise. . . This is a link to the product. And this is what it looks like in Firefox.

I have this checkbox checked. . . and it still only shows the full price of the item while customers brows trough the store. I get a lot of feedback from this. People pay for membership to the site to get the free training and then when they are browsing around, they still see the full price listed AFTER they have purchased membership. A lot of people get very confused. I have to walk them through the process of clicking on the item and looking at the more detailed description before they can see that it is free for them.
Can this be fixed please?
