Moved forum to new host, new domain

Moved a damaged forum to new host, new domain.  Looks like Classifieds 1.3.2 was originally purchased 3-23-10 by unionhillventures.com, we're now running 2.0.12b, is this current version?  If not, what is cost to upgrade?  Any licensing problems changing domains?

We're running in php 5.6 for a while, he has some custom code on his website that needs to be updated.  Is that a problem for 5.1.4?  Does the upgrade retain content from 2.0.12b?

We have upgraded zip, will install it today.  Would you be interested in updating his php script?  It's basically a one page form.
