Errors when uploading

SMF 2.0.18 (Fresh Install)
Downloads 5.0.7
Mods: DevCenter, Stack Trace, Downloads System Pro

After a successful upload I get these 4 errors twice in admin for each upload:

Noted with gif files. We are using an older animated gif resize class need to be make some updates to suppress the errors.
