When I use My 2.0.18 Version and view a image attached to a download  the big image pops up above to medium image but then doing same on my 2.1.RC4 6.0beta1 Version

The large images opens in the same window without a way to return to the downloads page unless you remember to click the back button.

only image related option i can see is max size etc I have then set at 1000

Highslide should be enabled for that page.
You should have highslide folder in the root of your forum.

Disable Highslide Is Unselected And folder in root tried selecting it and saving without any changes.

Sorry looking at wrong forum there is no Highslide folder in root of the 2.1 forum?

That was a bug for 2.1 Copy it from the zip from downloads to the root of the forum.
