Error Uninstalling SMFADS 2.3 Missing Package File

Using SMF 2.0.18.  I had a server crash and had to install a backup to a new server. In doing so the Ad Management v3.3a process will not load. I get the LoadAds.php is missing. So I have tried to uninstall Ad Management and I receive an error that the package file is missing. 

Is there a manual process I can do to get v3.3a off and then install the latest version.

Yes there is you can upload the package to https://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html and tells you the edits and just reverse them.
You can also do edits/copying the files manually to the correct
