In what file can I center the "I agree and consent to the Privacy Policy" on register page? I've look in Register.template.php. Is it in one of the language files?

Actually want to center all of the text "We collect personal information when you use our online services. We use cookies to identify you and to personalize your experience. For details, please see our Privacy Policy
I agree and consent to the Privacy Policy:" including the check box.

Posted 2.0.6e which should make the formatting look better. Requires uninstall of old and install of new.
