Delete custom rating and change default icons/change icons back to default?

Sorry if these questions have been asked before.

I'm wondering how you would go about removing a custom rating that you've added through the admin panel.  I know how to disable, but would like to know if there is an easy way to remove a reaction all together.

If I change some of the default icons, is there an easy way to change them back to the default if I don't like the custom icon?

You can easily change back to the default icon by opening the zip package locally on your computer.  Within that zip package are the default icons.  You could re-load them back in.

(or you could right click and "save image as" any of the icons on this forum to save to re-upload on yours if you only have a couple you want to go back to default).

I've thought about that, and appreciate the suggestion.

When you do that, I believe that it re-adds the icon under a different name?  I notice that when I add other reaction icons, it names them something random. Example, thumbsup.png ends up being icon6284f8cfe230c.png I assume that is so there are no name conflicts? That's not a big deal, but it makes it more difficult later to know what they are.

It would be nice to be able to restore the defaults somehow?

Restoring the defaults. You could uninstall the mod and drop the database table smf_awesome_ratetypes  and smf_awesome_ratelog then reinstall.
