An error has occurred

Just installed the new version and tried to edit one of my downloads and got this message:

An error has occurred
Sorry, this section isn't available at this time.

No error logs in admin!

Thought I would also add that it does actually complete the edit it just takes me to that error message afterwards instead of the download page of the download I edited.

What does the address bar look like after the edit is completed

It shows /index.php?action=downloadssa=view;id=7

I'm guessing it should be /index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;id=7
