Thumbnails on topic page not resizing correctly

SMF 2.1.1
Downloads Pro 6.0.1a

Most of the thumbnails were resized correctly before the update as you can see here but I can't get this one to resize!

I have tried clicking on the "Regenerate Thumbnails" button and clearing cache but it does not change.

I'm not sure what else to do but I'm sure I'm not doing something right!  

Edit: It resizes just fine on the download page just not on the created topic page.

Still having same problem with v6.0.3

Using SMF 2.1.2 now!
