Array Offset Value Type Null Error

We've just upgraded our forum to SMF 2.1.1, with the latest version of Downloads System Pro (6.0.1)  are getting this error in our Error Logs when browsing through the downloads menu.  The Downloads section seems to be working ok though.  We upgraded from an older version of Downloads System Pro.

We've got rid of most of the errors, but am still getting this one a few times on the same line (10291)
