Contact Page Mod Not Working

Hell, I installed this Mod oon a SMF 2.0.17 board but whenever I go to the contact page I get a session verfication error. Strange. This mod shpuld be pretty straight forward I guess and I had it working on a SMF 1.1 Board before. I did allready rename the session cookie and made sure all login files have the hidden season vsalue field fixe applied - but no luck.

Any hints or suggestions? Thank you, Nicole

Yes exactly. When I go to /index.php?action=contact

Very strange it should only check the session on submission I looked a the the code and checkSession() is only called if the subaction sa is passed in the url.

Strange. You can check it out yourself at nihontoforum.com/index.php?action=contact ... I think you should still have an admin account there when you did work for me.

Should I comment out the season checking in teh associated files?

Hello, this made it work. Works fine now. May I suggest to make those changes as suggested by another user in the mods support topic:

In contact page member must enter name, subject, message,e-mail.

I think is better the member enter only  subject and message.

must be default name (forum name) and e-mail address (forum e-mail address)

Yeah those could be options/features for the contact page to enable/disable. Probably won't do anything time soon though.
