Site upgrade to 2.1
« on: March 12, 2023, 05:11:18 am »
Hello. Are you going to upgrade your site to SMF 2.1? In my opinion, the site needs a refresh. :)

I assume the answer hasn't changed in the past 16 months?

Yes, mainly due to the fact we are using a custom theme and would need to find someone to recode it/find a new theme that works similar. Which is why I haven't upgraded most of my 2.0.x SMF sites.

Hey!
I totally get your concerns about upgrading. Using a custom theme can be tricky, especially when moving to SMF 2.1. It might be worth finding someone who knows coding or checking if there are similar themes available to ease the transition.
Don't give up! This could be a great opportunity to improve your site.  :D
