Failure to resize
« on: July 21, 2007, 08:32:01 pm »
I have SMF 1.1.3 and just installed the latest version of Gallery Pro. Everything seems to work fine, except the resizing of images. I have it set to resize to 800 X 800 and after the image is uploaded, I just get sent to a white screen. If I deselect to resize the image, the upload will succeed.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Disregard!  I ended up changing my PHP version from 5.X to 4.X on my server and that fixed it.

I am having this problem. I upload a picture and the screen goes white. The picture never uploads.

I contacted my host and they said

Quote
Hello,

This is the version of PHP on the server
PHP 5.1.6 (cli) (built: Feb 26 2009 07:01:10)
Copyright (c) 1997-2006 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.1.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2006 Zend Technologies
If you have any other questions feel free to contact us.

I am running SMF 1.1.9 with the latest Tiny portal Beta version...

Any ideas?

Most likely the image is greater than the upload limit at your hosts php settings
