Is there any way to make my forum/gallery users to force them to enter seach words on gallery upload pictures?

Yes it would require a code change
Open Sources/Gallery.php
Find this code located in at least two spots

$keywords = htmlspecialchars($_REQUEST['keywords'],ENT_QUOTES);

Add after

if(empty($_REQUEST['keywords']))
	fatal_error('Keywords are required');

Change
if(empty($_REQUEST['keywords'])
to
if(empty($_REQUEST['keywords']))
