Rate own images

I think it would be neat to rate your own images. Unless this is a setting I am missing but I have not found it.

You could remove this code in Sources/Gallery2.php

Got that removed and it works perfect. This way members can rate how they like their own images and let others know how well they like it. I know sounds odd but my site focuses on reviews.

Added this as a setting to future release of SMF Gallery Pro 10
