Mod question

Hey,

I have weird question about your mods.

Is there a mod you make where users can fill out a table or add to a list of items needed?

I play a game and in game need to build items for people.
But there are 1000's of items so dont want whole list shown.
So need to create a store or table where the users can add what they require built or stocked in game.
Dont want each user to make own list, but only add to a list in a forum or page.

This is not for charging money and selling things but a simple wishlist.
So if I am user A I would write Item Name, one time or always stock, number of items need stocked.. And possible other titles.

Do you have such a mod?
