I get this error after installing the Gsallery Pro 10 and then try to access the smf 2.1xx forum.

On what page? The whole forum? 
If not the whole forum what is your SMF's error log?

If whole forum try to replace this file in sources folder with the file attached

OK -so the whole site was not down but I did replace the Gallery hooks code with the new one andit seems to be working now.

I would uninstall the MultipleAccountsDetector mod  as that looks like it is causing the issue. I will have to take a look why

If you overwrote the GalleryHooks file here is the original to retry.

I did have the Multiple Accounbts installed -- before I had the issue in the process to determine which Mod might be causing the issue I uninstalled it - but as you can see from the pic.
I am going to try to install it again and then uninstall it.

so installing and uninstalling leaves me with this code: Hook call: function "multiple_detector_admin_areas" in file /home/hogan2/public_html/smf could not be called.

Installing the multiple detector I get this code Hook call: function "gallery_load_theme" in file /home/hogan2/public_html/smf/Sources/GalleryHooks.php could not be called.

and The callable gallery_load_theme could not be called.

I updated that mod to be proper on uninstall.
