my problems with is mod many

So after installing then uninstallin then reinstalling I am left with 2 ckassified bars  -- uninstalling leaves 1 classified bar.

I had the uninstall warning with I had to uninstall most of the other smfhacks mod to get it to uninstall without the warning

You can see in the permission png that add listing is checked but for the life of me I can not find anything like your demo png show to add a listing?

Ok so finally hafter a third install the add listing stuff showed up but the double bar continues
