Error on upgrade

I upgraded to 10.1.1 and now get an error multiple times.
Also now have 'Recent Items' block on all forum pages which has the top cutoff, this block has never been there before.

Will look into the error.

For the top block addon is now part of the the Gallery
You can turn it off under Admin -> Gallery Configuration -> Layout -> Other Settings
