Denying members some admin settings

I updated my sites How-to instructions for the new gallery and logged in as a regular member so I could take valid screen shots and noticed a couple things that need a tweek.

I logged in as a member and went to Gallery/My Gallery and see that there are Admin configurations available to members on that screen - Gallery Admin panel active when member signed in.png


Disable Gallery options for members - I would like to control their uploads to their on gallery (My Gallery)

Leave User gallery on the form but set default Cat as My Gallery so there is no confusion

On follow up I dug in deeper and tested what damage could be done by clicking the admin settings as a member and they can't do any damage.  That was what I was concerned about.

Sorry about the bug report. I couldn't find a way to delete it.
