The path must not be empty - Bulk Uploader Issues

I'm getting a bunch of members who cannot use the bulk uploader - it acts as if its working but the image never uploads - the server log gives a critical user error saying "The path must not be empty":

Does it work with small images in terms of filesize.
Anything related in javascript error console?

It seems like it was caused by PHP updating to 8.4 causing the ini file to reset, the issue was caused by upload_max_filesize being smaller than the image size - its still not a great error though and should give the user some feedback about their image being too big.

Good to know. Would be a little tricky to catch. I guess upload size limit it to the max php upload size in that case.
