An item awaiting approval that was approved over a month ago

Hi. I uploaded a MP3 track to my forum gallery on 20th May. Naturally it was auto approved with me being the forum Administrator. Now it has suddenly appeared awaiting approval. Please see the attached image.

Did someone miss click to unapprove the item? Or another gallery admin?

I'm not too sure to be honest, but my apologies... I didn't realise unapproving content was even a feature.

No worries, yeah I did double check the code and looks like only galleries admin can do it. Checked the three spots in the software where that function is called.
