Comments on downloads

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and (of course) also an user of SMF (& Tiny Portal).
I've never found out this website, but this one seems very useful.

Since I was watching arround in the Hacks and Mods section I found out its more advanced then
Tiny Portal's download manager.
Altough, I'm searching behind a way that allows members to make comments on uploaded resources & editing it. But sad enough that's not possible in Tiny Portal.

Is there any way to gain the system of smfhacks, which allows editing of uploaded resources & commenting?

Hi I would like help on two things
1) how do we post a google adsense add in the post? and add google adsense in SMF pages?
2) how to install the downloads from this site?

I've a SMF installed in my own domain i.e. forum.bimleshc.com

Would be grateful if anybody can help me on this.
