Error message in SQL?

I get this message when I go to edit a listing

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.3, while your database is at version 1.1. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

Any help on what I have to do to fix it thanks.. in plain English would be great

Fixed the bug.
Download the update from
http://www.smfhacks.com/index.php/topic,1149.0.html
Unistall the old version then install the new version of the Classifieds mod.
