Package manager?

I am wondering if I need all this in my package manager.

For example #16 is the old SMF Classifieds 1.0.3 and is not installed. Can I just click "Delete" to remove it and clean up the list?

Same on #21 SMF Gallery Pro 1.2.2, just delete?

Then do I have the SMF Gallery Pro updated right, with both (#22)1.3beta3 and (#24)1.3 showing like they are?

Yeah that's fine since those are just the zip files they can be deleted
