I have in it but it will not show up. I have a new theme . What can i do?
Also I need to find a Mod for PMs that only show 1 at a time like normal emails. 1 more thing How can I see Who voted on the polls?

Hey I might have a solution for you 

I had this same problem to with it not showing up and this is what I did to fix it.
Make sure that the file in your custom theme  languages/Modifications.english.php has the $txt in it for your mod. Because every time you add a mod it writes to the default Modifications.english.php  so you wont see it in your custom template unless you add it manualy but once you do that im sure it will work.

And about your other stuff I cant really help you with that.

I'm afraid mine doesn't even show up in the default theme. I discarded it very quickly.
