Getting a second license

Quite a while ago, I chatted with SMFHacks about getting a second license, for me to instal a second Gallery Pro.  He said we can buy the second licenses at a discounted price.

Does anyone know where I can do this?

I have sent SMFHacks a few pms, with no answer.
