Where are my pictures? (just installed pro)

I have just installed SMF Gallery 1.3 Pro, and uploaded my pictures, when I go to the gallery I can see the discription of the pictures, but can't see the thumbs or images. When I look in the FTP gallery folder I can't find the images...

Somebody can help me?

First go to the admin section of your forum.
Click on the Support and Credits link.
Under "Version Information:"
Check and see if "GD version:" is listed


Please also include a link to the gallery.
