Did you install any mods? you can try to reupload the Subs-Post.php from the Sources folder of the SMF 1.1 RC3 zip file.

yes I just applied the mods that were already there....
it said it tested them and they were o.k.

have'nt added anything besides those..

yeah make a backup of the old one subs-post.php file just rename it.

These would be in the Sources folder in the main folder of your forum.
You would copy the file posted in the messsage above to the Sources Folder
