problem with trader system

I cant seem to get the trader system to show up correctly in my forums and in the acp any help?

If you are using a custom theme you need to install it manually using
http://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html

well i have installed it on my theme using that and it shows up in my post but when you click on it it goes to it and looks like stuff is missing.

also i cant get it to show up in the acp at all

Copy the text from themes/default/languages/modifications.english.php
to
Copy the text from themes/yourtheme/languages/modifications.english.php

Make sure under Server Settings that the language is set to english and not english utf8
