New pictures not showing since upgrade to PRO - red cross

Hey,

I had gallery free running perfectly on my site:

But I decided to upgrade to the pro version, wich I bought an hour ago.

Now all the pictures that where imported with the free version, works perfect. But when I try to upload new pictures, now with gallery pro, all I see is a red cross...

I checked permissions and CHMOD, but everything is ok...

I have SMF 1.1.4 with TP 0.98. I have this GD-version: bundled (2.0.34 compatible)

When do you see the red cross? Is it the thumbnail or the fullsize image?
Also do you have link to a picture that is not working  correctly.

It was in the thumbnail, and in the pciture itself.

But now I found out what the problem whas.. After creating a /0 directory in the gallery map, and re-uploading the pictures, it works perfectly...
